At FAC, we are committed to bringing peace and harmony in your homes, by creating space for each individual to be heard, seen and respected. WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is working with the client to help identify options, strategies and solutions that best serves the client where they are. With a consistent number of sessions, we are able to notice patterns, have insights and emotional regulation while providing the ability for profound breakthroughs and mindset shifts.
FAMILY COACHING
Family Coaching is about bringing the family together to create a sense of peace and harmony in the home. It is a way to help all family members successfully build and maintain strong and effective communication skills and positive relationships. It provides the family an opportunity for fresh visions and tactics while we overcome adversaries together. We will develop new or improve interpersonal skills with everyone involved in a cohesive manner for guided, meaningful and constructive conversations.
WHAT CONSIST OF A FAMILY?
Family goes beyond bloodline. Wether it is work family, sports family, or even found family, it is about people who play a profound part in our daily lives. In addition to your blood related family, family is also a matter of choice. Family Coaching is for anyone you share a good amount of time with or a special connection and is willing to do the work to reinforce that bond, especially in the work environment. This is why I built Found Affinity Coaching. Found family, hence Found Affinity.
RELATIONSHIP/PARENTS COACHING
Relationship Coaching aids in recognizing the needs in a relationship between two people while having productive and critical dialogue. Parent Coaching can benefit the parents and guardians by equipping the child(ren) with a consistent, supportive and stable direction. We pay attention to the dynamics of the relationship from different angles and set healthy standards which emits to the self, others and the child(ren).
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual Coaching presents the possibility to notice what gives you peace, reclaim your power and reflect on the inner self and the effects it has on your reality. We will be able to consider how you act and react to situations by acknowledging the many aspects of self. Individual Coaching encourages self discipline and setting purposeful goals by understanding oneself from a deeper standpoint to create the life you desire.
Youth Coaching introduces the youth to better understand themselves as they learn to navigate and communicate effectively with themselves and others throughout the stages of life. It will assist them to apply honesty and recognize the importance of taking responsibility for their actions and to think of consequences before they act. They will be able to develop exceptional life skills once willing to do the work.
YOUTH COACHING (Ages 12 - 18)
COACHING WITH INTUITIVE TOOLS
Intuitive tools allow us to take a plunge into our subconscious by getting to the core of the true issue using tarot or oracle cards. It brings to surface what lies dormant or stifled within ourselves, and uncovers ways to move past mental road blocks, regain clarity, and lead with hope into the unknown. It enables us to understand how our own intuition functions, strengthens our ability to trust our own instincts, and smile at the concept of synchronicity in our own personal journeys.
I have served multiple variations of youth, relationships, families, communities, and organizations, with communication, unity, and appreciating one another by improving the energy in their environments.
