  • 1 hour session

  • Minimum of 6 sessions (to be paid in full in advance)

  • Meet twice a month

RELATIONSHIP COACHING SESSION (18 years +)

  • Maximum 2 people

  • Minimum of 6 sessions (to be paid in full in advance)

  • Meet twice a month

RELATIONSHIP COACHING with INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS

INCLUDES

  • Relationship Coaching Session (meet twice a month)

  • Minimum of 6 sessions (to be paid in full advance)

  • Individual coaching sessions ( completed prior to each relationship coaching session, 45 minutes per member)

YOUTH COACHING SESSION (Ages 12 - 17)

INCLUDES

  • 45 mins session

  • Must have consent of legal guardian (signature is required)

  • Minimum 6 sessions (to be paid in full in advance)

  • Meet every 2 weeks

  • Sessions will be recorded (audio)
